## Description

Self Thérapie Formation is a training institute dedicated to the Intelligence Relationnelle® psychotherapeutic model, created by neurologist and psychotherapist Dr. François Le Doze. Drawing on neuroscience, the model emphasizes the conscious therapeutic relationship to help restore emotional and relational regulation. It is designed for mental health practitioners, including psychiatrists, psychologists and psychotherapists, as well as coaches, educators, mediators and other professionals working in supportive or relational roles. As a therapeutic approach, it addresses psychological conflicts, relationship difficulties, complex trauma and associated attachment issues.

The institute offers structured training programs, with immersive sessions of four to five days, a progression intended to support practical application, and further learning in person or online. It also provides ongoing professional development, conferences, workshops, learning resources and certification for practitioners. Self Thérapie Formation maintains a directory of therapists trained in the model and is supported by an experienced team of professional instructors. Its training programs are certified under Qualiopi, and the institute reports high participant satisfaction.
