## Description

Selztal Lamas is a family-oriented animal experience provider based in Stadecken-Elsheim, about 15 kilometres from Mainz, Germany. Since 2023, its farm has been an officially recognised Begegnungshof, a place for encounters with animals. Visitors can book guided walks with llamas and alpacas, as well as stable visits offered seasonally from April to September. The tours take place outdoors and are intended for guests who are comfortable walking on uneven terrain; participants lead the animals in pairs or individually, depending on the animal. The farm also welcomes special arrangements for occasions such as hen parties, company events and private group outings, with the possibility of bringing an animal to an event by agreement. Children’s discounts are available on selected tour bookings, and repeat visitors can receive progressive loyalty discounts. Selztal Lamas offers animal sponsorships and an online shop with gift vouchers and merchandise. The site also features alpaca products, including quilted duvets, though the listed duvets are currently sold out.
