## Description

Pascaline Hubert’s Sème et sois offers inclusive yoga practices and doula support in Nantes and remotely, accompanying people through significant stages of life. Rooted in attentive listening and a body-centred approach, the practice is shaped by Pascaline’s interest in care and her experience of motherhood. Its services support women and families through pregnancy, birth preparation, postpartum, menstrual cycles, grief and other life transitions, as well as later life.

Yoga offerings include group and individual classes, prenatal yoga, parent-and-child sessions, and classes for businesses. Workshops and circles provide opportunities for relaxation, women’s gatherings and shared practice, including yoga nidra. Doula accompaniment and women’s care sessions offer additional support tailored to individual needs and circumstances.

Sème et sois aims to create a gentle, welcoming environment where participants can explore movement, rest and connection at their own pace. Services are available in person around Nantes and by video, making support accessible across different situations. Pascaline also shares articles and updates about her work, workshops and upcoming events.
