## Description

Sendpilot is a service designed to help families understand a child’s Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) and build a clearer picture of their support needs over time. Families can upload the plan alongside reports, support plans, observations and other relevant documents. Sendpilot helps organise this material into a timeline, highlight needs identified across the plan, and show how wider evidence connects, including what may be recurring or changing. The aim is to keep important context together and make it easier to consider what the plan says and where attention may be needed.

The service was created by founder Graeme, who says his experience supporting his two neurodivergent children through the special educational needs and disabilities system inspired him to address fragmented records and lost context. Sendpilot presents privacy as a priority and says users control what they upload. Families can begin with a free EHCP review, with no payment details or automatic subscription required.
