## Description

Senior Vibe is a digital platform designed for senior living residences, bringing residents, families, care teams, and managers together in one secure app. Developed from experience operating a residence, it aims to reduce paperwork and administrative effort while helping staff spend more time with residents.

Senior Vibe Basic includes private photo and news sharing, messaging, resident and family management, an activities calendar, a task board, a wallet for tracking each resident’s funds and transactions, and management statistics. Role-based permissions help ensure people see and manage only the information appropriate to them. Families can follow updates and communicate with staff without using personal phone numbers, while residents can have profiles even without an email address.

Senior Vibe Pro is being developed with residences and is planned to add a digital meal plan, resident document records, needs assessments and care plans, and tools for care observations and shift handovers. The service states that it is GDPR-compliant, with servers in Germany and data processing agreements available.
