SENL, which stands for Supported Employment Newfoundland and Labrador, is a brand focused on promoting workplace inclusion for Canadians with developmental disabilities through supported employment. Established in 1997, SENL started as an informal network of service providers and concerned citizens who aimed to enhance the full participation of individuals with disabilities in the provincial labor force. SENL is comprised of numerous non-profit agencies across the island of Newfoundland and Labrador.

They achieve their goals through various means, including an annual provincial conference that serves as a networking and professional development event. SENL also offers an online platform with tools and resources for professionals in the field of supported employment, as well as the development and publication of best practices. They actively promote member services to the Canadian business community and work towards the development of supported employment strategies through a national network of professionals.

SENL's mission is to eliminate the barriers preventing the full participation of individuals with developmental disabilities in the workforce. They welcome ideas and advice from individuals and organizations to better serve the community and support innovative supported employment initiatives
