## Description

The senseBox team consists of employees from the University of Münster and Reedu GmbH & Co. KG. They have developed the senseBox:edu and senseBox:home, which are DIY kits for building sensor stations. These kits are designed to make data collection with self-built sensor stations accessible and engaging for students and teachers. Through the senseBox:edu, students can learn programming skills while working with geoinformation and environmental data. The senseBox:home complements this approach and completes the citizen science toolkit. The brand also offers software, such as Blockly for senseBox and openSenseMap, as well as documentation, projects, and educational material. The senseBox team is composed of experts in geoinformatics and citizen science, who have extensive experience in workshops and research projects. They are committed to promoting spatial skills and technology enthusiasm among students and citizens. With their innovative products and ongoing support, senseBox is empowering individuals and communities to explore and contribute to environmental research.
