## Description

SenzoGYM is a Croatian developmental activity center combining knowledge of physiotherapy and occupational therapy to support babies, children and parents. Its flagship BABYSTEPS program, created by physiotherapy and occupational therapy specialist Ivana Štedul in 2010, offers in-person and online activities designed to encourage early sensory and motor development. More than 33,000 babies, children and parents have taken part, with sessions available across multiple Croatian cities.

Programs include monthly workshops for babies aged 0–12 months, a sensory course for newborns up to 2.5 months, and activities for children aged 1–3 years. Parents participate alongside their children and learn practical exercises, age-appropriate developmental activities and baby-handling techniques for everyday care. Individual sessions and personalized exercise packages are also available. SenzoGYM additionally offers manual techniques intended to relieve back pain. The brand’s resources include Ivana Štedul’s book, Moja s(p)retna beba, which explains early development in accessible language, as well as a blog with guidance for parents. SenzoGYM also offers a BABYSTEPS franchise for those wishing to bring the program to their city.
