## Description

Sepsis Stiftung is a brand that aims to combat sepsis, which is the number one preventable cause of death in Germany. Sepsis, commonly referred to as blood poisoning, is a condition that remains largely unknown to many people. However, it is crucial to raise awareness about this severe condition as it claims a life every 4 seconds worldwide. The foundation focuses on early detection, emergency treatment, and prevention to reduce the alarming number of sepsis cases. They offer an interactive sepsis checklist that enables individuals to identify the signs of sepsis promptly and inform emergency services about potential risk factors and infection symptoms. Additionally, they provide a specific sepsis checklist for children, as they are particularly vulnerable to sepsis due to their underdeveloped immune systems. The brand emphasizes the importance of treating sepsis as a medical emergency to prevent severe consequences and even death. By promoting vaccinations, general hygiene practices, and consistent treatment of underlying diseases, they aim to prevent infections and sepsis. With your support, Sepsis Stiftung can continue its vital work in raising awareness, supporting research, and improving the understanding and management of sepsis.
