## Description

The Restoration Resource Center (RRC) is an innovative platform established by the Society for Ecological Restoration (SER) to facilitate knowledge sharing and learning in the evolving field of ecological restoration. Launched in 2017, the RRC addresses critical questions surrounding restoration practices by breaking down silos of information typically held by individuals and organizations. It serves as a comprehensive resource hub, offering access to searchable databases that include projects, publications, and a directory of restoration experts.

RRC provides a wealth of resources for practitioners, researchers, educators, and the public, enabling them to connect with ongoing restoration efforts, evaluate project success, and share insights. The platform features three main databases: Projects, Resources, and the Restoration Directory, which collectively support a collaborative community focused on enhancing ecological restoration practices. Users are encouraged to contribute their experiences, whether successful or challenging, thus enriching the collective knowledge base and fostering ongoing dialogue in the restoration community. Through this engagement, the RRC aims to advance understanding and implementation of effective restoration strategies globally.
