## Description

Serena Cogoni provides expert guidance to health researchers and research support teams preparing Horizon Europe proposals. With a focus on health and life sciences, her approach combines practical support with strategic thinking, helping clients move beyond templates and deadlines to build proposals with clear objectives, coherent work plans, and persuasive impact logic. Rather than taking ownership of a proposal, Serena helps clients make informed decisions and develop the confidence and skills to shape it themselves.

Her services include a structured coaching programme that guides clients through defining and developing a Horizon Europe project, pre-submission reviews to refine proposals before evaluation, and tailored training sessions and workshops on proposal writing and project management. She works with researchers leading or preparing funding applications, as well as grant offices and research support teams seeking to strengthen internal capacity and improve proposal quality. Serena also shares insights through a blog and newsletter, covering EU health research funding, grant strategy, and lessons from the proposal process.
