## Description

Serene Disability Support is a registered NDIS provider supporting participants and families across New South Wales. Founded by an intensive care nurse, the organisation takes a nurse-led approach to disability support, combining everyday assistance with clinical oversight. Its services are designed to help people build independence, feel at home and take part in their communities.

For living and housing, Serene provides Supported Independent Living in shared or individual homes, with rostered staff available around the clock when needed.
