Espoir de Tsiadana

SETAM (Solidarité - Effort - Témoignages - Auray - Madagascar) is a non-profit charity established in 1995, dedicated to improving the lives of underprivileged children in the Tsiadana neighborhood of Antananarivo, Madagascar. The organization focuses on raising funds to support the education of impoverished children and those living on the streets, addressing the pressing needs arising from the region’s extreme poverty exacerbated by economic decline and the COVID-19 pandemic.

Through the School of Hope, SETAM serves approximately 800 children from preschool to the third grade, along with vocational training for over a hundred young girls, promoting gender equality and opportunity. The association also engages in solidarity actions and shares testimonies from volunteers and local youth, fostering connections between Madagascar and France.

Driven by a commitment to safeguard vulnerable children from exploitation and violence, SETAM strives to create a brighter future for these youth, ensuring they have the necessary resources and education to thrive.
