## Description

SETLS is a modern, powerful, and user-friendly toy library management system designed to meet the needs of toy libraries everywhere. Since its creation in 2014, SETLS has become a trusted software used by 148 toy libraries, resource centers, special needs libraries, and therapy practices. Operating on the cloud through Amazon Web Services (AWS), SETLS offers a range of features that save time and enhance library operations. With SETLS, toy libraries can take advantage of an automated email reminder system, extensive statistics with visualizations, volunteer rostering capabilities, and more. This cloud-based system allows for easy access from home, online, or through a smartphone, enabling members to renew and nominate for volunteering sessions conveniently. Additionally, the general public can search and view a catalog of toys owned by your library, complete with pictures to aid in their decision to join. But SETLS is not just a database. It offers smart search functions, dropdown menus, and a picture index of toys for quick and easy navigation. Administrators can perform duties efficiently, while members and non-members can search the library's catalog with ease. Furthermore, SETLS provides integrated visual statistics and data that inform smart toy library decisions. These statistics are invaluable for grant applications, helping toy libraries secure more funds and support. SETLS understands the importance of volunteers and offers configurable login levels to optimize the way your library is run. Volunteers can take on tasks such as performing loans and returns, ensuring smooth operations and efficiency. If you're thinking of making the move to SETLS, they provide first-quarter free hosting for all new sign-ups. Prices are in AUD and include GST. And for a limited time, MibaseNZ migrations are discounted at $450! Contact SETLS now to experience the modern and powerful features that will transform your toy library management.
