## Description

Seven Miles is a brand that specializes in fitness coaching and personal training. Founded by Oliver Weinstock, Seven Miles is driven by his personal journey and passion for movement and exercise. Oliver was always involved in sports and physical activities but realized the importance of maintaining a consistent fitness routine after experiencing the natural decline in muscle mass as he got older. He found his love for running, which eventually led him to discover bodyweight training, a form of exercise that focuses on using one's own body as resistance. With over 15 years of experience in this discipline, Oliver has become a certified personal trainer and a football coach. He believes that movement is an integral part of a healthy life and aims to share his knowledge and enthusiasm with others. Seven Miles offers personalized training sessions, online coaching, and group fitness classes, catering to individual needs and goals. By providing a supportive and discreet environment, Oliver helps clients improve their fitness, enhance their body awareness, and unleash their athletic potential. Join Seven Miles and embark on a transformative fitness journey today.
