## Description

Seven Swords Academy is a renowned school of Historical European Martial Arts (HEMA) and Swordsmanship located in Tacoma, Washington. At our academy, we specialize in the study and practice of Late Medieval Longsword, along with Grappling, Dagger, Spear, and Polearms. Our approach involves a deep understanding of historical manuals left by the Masters of the Art from the late 14th to 15th centuries, including Fiore dei Liberi and Filippo Vadi, as well as the Liechtenauer Tradition. In addition to our primary focus, we also explore other sword fighting styles such as Sword and Buckler, Short Sword, Sabre, Rapier, and Single-stick, as these principles are fundamental across various disciplines. Our academy recently relocated to a more central location within the South Tacoma business district, offering a comprehensive system that integrates grappling arts and medieval weapons combat to provide a well-rounded martial arts experience. We pride ourselves on collaboration, working alongside sister arts to further enrich our training and understanding of historical European martial arts. Join us at Seven Swords Academy to embark on a fascinating journey into the world of swordsmanship.
