## Description

Seven Trees Energy Healing is the practice of Bernardo Ruiz, a Mexica curandero offering ancestral and energy healing rooted in Mexica and Maya traditions, with teachings from the Q’ero nation of the Andes. Ruiz says his work was passed to him by the elders who taught and authorized him to serve. He welcomes individuals, families, and communities in Spanish and English, providing in-person sessions in Seattle and the Pacific Northwest, as well as sessions by Zoom worldwide.

Services include limpias and energy cleansing with copal, flowers, eggs, and prayer; ancestral journeys using drum and rattle; protection and clearing; and ceremony with song and prayer. Sessions begin with conversation, include grounding, and conclude with a practice or prayer to continue the work afterward. Prospective clients can book a free 15-minute call to discuss whether the approach is a good fit. Seven Trees uses a sliding scale and says no one is turned away for lack of funds. Its healing work is intended to complement, not replace, care from doctors and therapists.
