## Description

Severessence™ Distilling Co is a woman-founded and woman-owned Florida craft spirits brand established in 2022. Inspired by an idea that arose over Irish whiskey, the company combines passion, creativity, and scientific knowledge to develop distinctive spirits. Passion, creativity, and quality are its guiding principles, shaping its work from concept through bottling.

Its portfolio includes Severance Gins, Biki’s™ Rums, and citrus-spicy Agave Gins. Biki’s range includes coffee and spiced gold rums. The company describes its products as unique, high-quality, handcrafted creations and continues to evolve and refine its selection. Its website also offers cocktail recipes and an online store.

Severessence manufactures its products at Dark Door Spirits in Tampa, Florida. Customers can visit the Dark Door Spirits gift shop to taste or purchase the spirits during business hours, and the company’s website shares information about where to find them. Severessence is a member of the Florida Craft Spirits Association, the American Distilling Institute, and Women in Distilling.
