## Description

ELC is a curated community of engineering leaders with over 2500 members from more than 1000 companies. Our primary goal is to empower engineering leaders and drive the evolution of leadership in the tech industry. At ELC, engineering leaders gather to engage in dialogue, collaborate, and experience personal growth. We aim to cross-pollinate best practices across companies, facilitate authentic connections among leaders, and curate the best resources to empower career growth. Our community is exclusive to engineering leaders, offering a safe space where they can join peer groups, gain outside perspectives, and discuss real challenges with trusted peers. We also provide a podcast featuring interviews with some of the best leaders, sharing critical perspectives, actionable insights, and inspiring stories. In addition, we offer resources such as videos from past events, recommended books, and a newsletter to keep you updated on events and more. As we expand our reach to more cities, our mission remains the same – to empower engineering leaders worldwide. Join the ELC community and connect with like-minded professionals who value authenticity, sharing, and thoughtfulness.
