Callaghan Innovation is a New Zealand innovation organisation supporting research, development, and commercialisation across science and technology. As the organisation is being disestablished, its services are moving to new providers, including public research organisations and the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE). Several services remain available and supported by Callaghan Innovation until their transfers are completed.

Current offerings include biotechnology expertise and research facilities, food and beverage development support through the New Zealand Food Innovation Network, measurement standards and advice from the Measurement Standards Laboratory, and long-term backing through the Technology Incubator Programme for deep-tech ventures. Other services have transferred or changed ownership. GlycoSyn now operates as GlycoSyn Technologies Ltd under South Pacific Sera, providing contract development and manufacturing in carbohydrate, polymer, and complex chemistry. Services transferred to new research organisations include support for bioresource processing, product development, and health technology innovation. MBIE now delivers programmes such as R&D grants, career and experience grants, the R&D Tax Incentive, startup support, and assistance for existing grant and loan customers.
