## Description

SCHRADERGROUP (SG) is a Pennsylvania-based design firm specializing in architecture, interior design, and structural engineering. With offices in Metro Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Lancaster, and State College, the firm serves clients across the state and contributes expertise in PK–12 and higher education, mission-critical facilities, and public safety projects.

SG has joined Hord Coplan Macht (HCM), an integrated design practice with offices across Maryland, Colorado, Metro DC, North Carolina, and South Carolina. The combination brings SG’s sector knowledge together with HCM’s broader capabilities in architecture, landscape architecture, interior design, and planning. It also expands the combined firm’s reach across Pennsylvania and strengthens its capacity to serve national mission-critical and public safety clients.

Through this partnership, SG clients can access a wider range of services, resources, and geographic support while continuing to receive the firm’s established quality and client service. The transition also creates additional career development opportunities for employees, including greater geographic mobility and access to expanded resources.
