## Description

Singapore Productivity Association (SGPA) is an independent, non-profit organisation dedicated to advancing productivity and operational excellence in Singapore. Established in 1973 as an affiliate of the then National Productivity Board, now Enterprise Singapore, SGPA has supported organisations in improving performance for more than five decades. Its work combines research, learning and partnerships, while sharing Singapore’s best practices locally and internationally.

SGPA offers productivity courses and workshops that equip professionals and organisations with practical skills and proven improvement methods. Its Team Excellence Assessment recognises team-based improvement projects, helping participants apply productivity and quality tools and benchmark their work against industry standards. High-performing teams may have the opportunity to represent Singapore at the International Convention on Quality Control Circles (ICQCC), a global forum for sharing improvement projects and practices.

Through the Singapore Productivity Centre, SGPA also conducts research and benchmarking, publishing insights and supporting industry dialogue and applied consultancy. These initiatives help organisations identify opportunities to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
