A member of the 34th generation of Shaolin masters, Shi Yan Po began living and training at the Shaolin monastery in China at age ten. The school aims to pass on traditional Shaolin practices through instruction for adults and children. Its programme includes Shaolin Kung Fu at beginner, intermediate and advanced levels, with training in traditional animal styles, self-defence, classical weapons and controlled Sanda practice.
