## Description

Shapeologie is a project dedicated to surfboards and the craft and people behind their design and manufacture. It explores surfboard history, shaping techniques and the wider craft of surfing through accessible content and curated resources. Its podcast features conversations with shapers, surfboard makers and other contributors, with episodes covering names and brands such as Dan Mann, Terry Surfboards, UWL and Polyola. Listeners can find the show on platforms including Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, Acast and Deezer.

Shapeologie also offers an online map of French surf-craft professionals, bringing together garage and established shapers, glassers and repairers. A shaping glossary explains everyday and technical terms to help visitors better understand surfboards and podcast discussions, while a resources section points toward books, websites, social accounts, suppliers and useful addresses.

For shoppers, the brand sells illustrated surfboard-history posters tracing designs from traditional Hawaiian boards to performance shortboards of the early 2000s, along with T-shirts featuring surfboard-history themes. Together, its editorial content, directory and products celebrate surfboard craftsmanship and the people who sustain it.
