## Description

Clio Operate is a cloud-based case and matter management platform for large law firms and legal departments. Formerly known as ShareDo, it helps legal teams organise work, improve operational efficiency, and manage more cases with existing resources. Its configurable platform supports different legal workflows, allowing organisations to adapt processes to the needs of individual departments and work types.

Features include case and work management, collaboration, email management, document management and production, business intelligence, data migration, financial management, and application integrations. No-code, drag-and-drop workflow automation helps teams streamline routine tasks and adjust processes without relying on extensive technical development. Clio Operate also offers customisable client and external-party portals for sharing case progress, documents, communications, and payment options.

The platform is designed to connect with existing legal technology, offering pre-built integrations and an API-first approach. Clio Operate provides implementation, support, and customer success services, alongside educational resources and product demonstrations. Its goal is to help law firms reduce operational friction, improve visibility into legal work, and deliver a more efficient client experience.
