## Description

Sharetown provides oversized returns management for retailers, helping businesses handle bulky customer returns through a nationwide network of trained and vetted local representatives and a dedicated returns platform. The service is designed to streamline the process for both retailers and customers, from return requests to pickup and recovery. Sharetown’s dispatch system matches each return with an available nearby rep, aiming to speed up processing and reduce emissions. Representatives collect items, clean, sanitize, and store them, after which products in like-new condition are resold on secondary marketplaces. Items that cannot be sold are recycled locally and responsibly.

The company serves retailers in sectors including sleep, furniture, exercise, and fitness, offering a zero-cost return solution focused on customer convenience and recovering value from returned goods. Retailers can partner with Sharetown to arrange prompt pickups and manage returns, while individuals can apply to become reps and earn money by collecting, storing, and reselling oversized items. Sharetown also provides partner resources, customer and rep support, platform access, and mobile apps.
