# Sharon Burkey - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `sharonburkey.com` ## Description Sharon Burkey offers specialist somatic therapy, coaching and nervous system support for women seeking change that goes beyond intellectual understanding. Her work is designed for women who may feel caught in people-pleasing, overthinking, perfectionism, over-functioning, difficulty resting or setting boundaries, or who are navigating challenging relationships and major life transitions. Sharon’s approach combines therapeutic experience with nervous-system education, trauma-informed and polyvagal perspectives, body-based practices, relational expertise and forward-focused coaching. Support is personalised to each woman rather than based on a single method, with the aim of helping clients build greater self-trust, ease, energy and a sense of belonging within themselves. Services include 90-minute personalised Nervous System Mapping sessions, which include a breathing-pattern assessment, and bespoke one-to-one coaching packages. Sharon also offers Back to Self, a 12-week live group coaching programme combining nervous-system education and rewiring with somatic and forward-focused coaching; it is scheduled to begin in November 2026. For women seeking an immersive experience, she provides a Highland retreat in Scotland. ## Industries - ⛑ Health - ⛑ Womens Health _(under Health)_ - ⛑ Mental Health _(under Health)_ ## Links - [facebook](https://facebook.com/sharonburkeycoaching) - [instagram](https://instagram.com/sharonburkey.coaching) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idWkE5TELv/w/180/h/180/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1791993761597) - icon _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idWkE5TELv/w/500/h/500/theme/dark/icon.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1791993761833) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Tussock | #c49039 | accent | | Eden | #0d4f3d | dark | | Mandys Pink | #f4b8b9 | light | ## Fonts - assistant-light — asset _(custom)_ - Arial — asset _(custom)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
