## Description

Sharon Richard is an educator, national trainer, academic consultant, and financial coach whose work focuses on equipping people and empowering their futures. Through TES AAA, she provides academic support for students in grades 3 through 12, helping them strengthen reading, mathematics, and writing skills. Flexible Zoom sessions serve families, while weekend school programs are available to schools and organizations.

For K–12 schools and districts, Richard delivers on-site professional development in Time To Teach®, a classroom management system from the Center for Teacher Effectiveness. Her training helps teachers and school leaders build positive, productive learning environments, and participants may have the option to earn up to four graduate credits through UMass Global.

Through Sharon’s Financial Coaching Services, LLC, she works with individuals and families on budgeting, financial organization, debt reduction, saving, goal setting, and wealth-building education. As a Ramsey Preferred Financial Coach, she offers personalized guidance to help clients make informed money decisions and develop a clearer financial plan.
