With more than 100 years of combined sailing experience, its team aims to make learning friendly, enjoyable and practical, helping students develop confidence and sail safely. The school offers a full range of Royal Yachting Association (RYA) practical sailing courses, taught onboard, alongside RYA theory courses available ashore. Its training is designed to help sailors progress their skills, with course options explained on the school’s website and bookings available online. Courses are fully inclusive, with free parking, use of waterproofs, a log book and certificate, and no marina fees. Food and drink are provided onboard, with meals prepared fresh. Students can also learn more about the school’s yachts, Shanti II and Gaudeo, and explore sailing kit, photographs and feedback from past participants. Led by principal owner Mark Lewis, Shearwater combines a personal, family-run approach with a passion for sailing and adventure. ## Industries - 🎸 Hobbies and Leisure - 🧪 Science and Education - 🧪 Education _(under Science and Education)_ - 🏈 Sports - 🏈 Water Sports _(under Sports)_ ## Links - [facebook](https://facebook.com/Shearwatersailingschool) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idiOM4zWvC/w/1500/h/395/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1793704169321) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Chambray | #3b5998 | accent | | Black | #000000 | dark | | White | #ffffff | light | ## Fonts - proxima-nova — asset _(custom)_ - Helvetica Neue — asset _(custom)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
