Sheltered Hope Initiative (SHi) is a non-profit organization dedicated to eradicating homelessness in Nigeria. We believe that shelter is a basic human right, yet a significant percentage of Nigeria's population lacks access to this necessity. Our mission is to provide shelter and support to 1000 homeless individuals at a time through our transitory community shelter program and green recycling project. Our communal sheltering program aims to build the first communal homeless shelter in Lagos by utilizing plastic waste recycling. We also focus on economic empowerment and eliminating the problem of homelessness through various support initiatives. You can get involved by volunteering your time, making a donation, or becoming a partner.
