## Description

Shibuya International Rugby Club (SIRC) is dedicated to fostering international friendships through rugby, welcoming children from diverse backgrounds to join its community. Established in 2017, SIRC offers engaging rugby and tag rugby classes for children ages 3 to 18, primarily held at the British School in Tokyo's grounds. With a mission to promote enjoyment in the sport while celebrating individuality, the club has created a supportive environment where children can communicate and interact with peers from over 20 nationalities, guided by a team of qualified coaches from countries including England, New Zealand, and Australia.

The club operates throughout the year, offering three seasons of classes in spring, autumn, and winter. Practices are conducted in English, while volunteer support is available in Japanese for new members. With 260 active participants, SIRC not only develops rugby skills but also builds a global community that values inclusivity and cultural exchange, making it a vibrant hub for young athletes in Tokyo.
