## Description

Shiftly FX (Pty) Ltd, trading as Shiftly, provides an automated cryptocurrency arbitrage service focused on price differences between international and South African markets. The company explains that cryptocurrencies can trade at a premium in South Africa, creating an opportunity to buy offshore and sell locally. Its proprietary software monitors markets around the clock, assesses multiple trading pairs across several exchanges, and executes trades when conditions are considered favorable. Shiftly says it coordinates foreign-exchange hedging with crypto purchases and sales to limit exposure to price fluctuations. The service is designed for clients without trading experience, with a stated minimum trade size of R100,000 and a typical turnaround of one business day after funds are transferred. Shiftly charges a foreign-exchange conversion fee of 0.20%, which may be reduced through its referral program. The company states that it holds Category I and II Financial Services Provider licenses from South Africa’s Financial Sector Conduct Authority and is registered with the Financial Intelligence Centre.
