## Description

Shin Do Kan Birseck is a martial arts club based in Dornach, near Basel, with its administrative and postal address in Reinach, Switzerland. The club offers training in judo, Ju-Jitsu and self-defence for children, teenagers and adults, with sessions led by experienced instructors. Its programmes combine physical activity and practical skills with personal development, fitness, confidence and respectful interaction.

Children aged 6 to 12 can learn judo through structured, age-appropriate training that develops coordination, body awareness and foundational techniques. Older participants train alongside adults, with instruction adapted to individual ability and opportunities to progress through belt levels. Ju-Jitsu classes include separate sessions for children aged 8 to 14 and for teenagers and adults from age 14. Training introduces a versatile range of techniques and supports practical self-defence skills.

Shin Do Kan Birseck welcomes newcomers to try its classes before joining. Prospective participants can arrange one or two free, no-obligation trial sessions during school terms, outside school holidays.
