It provides information about its structure, activities, history, membership, and member facilities, and shares updates through its regular Zenshin-kyo EXPRESS bulletin. The council’s website also helps people understand disability rights and relevant frameworks, including the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, the Basic Programme for Persons with Disabilities, and the Act for Eliminating Discrimination against Persons with Disabilities. Resources explain disability welfare services and the support provided by residential facilities, including residential care and daily life care. The council also offers care guidelines, foundational learning materials, and information on community care, alongside examples of activities at member facilities. People considering employment in these facilities can find staff messages and workplace information. For members, the council provides additional resources, including materials on preventing abuse and guidance videos. Its public updates include information on research into pay and operating conditions in disability welfare services. ## Industries - ⛑ Health - ⛑ Developmental and Physical Disabilities _(under Health)_ ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idvxuVuKrY/w/340/h/120/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1792751000104) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Blaze Orange | #ff6600 | accent | | St Tropaz | #2a6496 | dark | | Pale Canary | #ffff99 | light | ## Fonts - Helvetica Neue — asset _(custom)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
