## Description

Ship or Die is a paid startup-building community created by Marc Lou and Jack Friks for people who want to stop overthinking and launch usable products. Its core program challenges members to ship an app within 30 days, using clear deadlines, practical milestones, and peer accountability to turn ideas into small, testable ventures. Members join a private Discord crew, participate in daily check-ins, cowork in voice channels, and follow a gamified roadmap focused on building a simple product with a way to buy. The community welcomes projects such as SaaS products, tools, directories, marketplaces, and AI applications, and does not require members to be technical founders. Participants receive public mission profiles, trophies, and a community space to share progress and launches. The program costs a one-time $399 payment and includes $250 in Stripe fee credits, with fees waived on the first $10,000 in sales through the sponsor offer. Members who miss their deadline lose access and are publicly marked as overboard; the site states that payments are non-refundable.
