She missed the food from her home country and wanted to spread the Ethiopian spirit of generosity. In Ethiopia, food is always shared, regardless of resources. With Shirowhat, Miriam aims to bring people together and promote the importance of a happy face. Berbere is our secret ingredient, carefully crafted and passed down through generations. This fiery hot spice blend adds a burst of flavor to Shirowhat, turning simple chickpeas into an incredible culinary experience.
