## Description

Shmoody is a mental wellness brand that helps people take practical steps toward feeling better. Its self-care app offers mood-based suggestions, tools for tracking moods, positive habits, and curated routines designed to make everyday wellbeing easier to approach. Shmoody combines these resources with jokes, memes, and other playful touches, aiming to make mental health support engaging rather than clinical. The brand emphasizes that meaningful progress happens beyond the screen, encouraging users to take real-world actions one step at a time.

Shmoody reports more than 1.5 million users, a 4.8 out of 5 App Store rating, and nearly five million positive actions taken through the app. It also shares a self-reported average mood improvement of 42%. For higher education, Shmoody U brings the app to colleges and universities, offering a relatable, fun resource to support students. The company says its approach is science-backed while remaining approachable and enjoyable, with the goal of helping people build habits they want to keep using.
