## Description

Short Stop Food Marts, a family-owned business since 1971, is proud to be Eastern and Central North Carolina's favorite convenience store. With over 50 locations, this thriving company has become well-respected in the convenience store industry under the careful direction of the Neal family. Founded by Vance B. Neal in early 1971, Short Stop Food Marts has grown exponentially thanks to his vision and goals. Mr. Neal's background in accounting and his attention to detail have helped the company establish a reputation for cleanliness and merchandising. Today, Vance Neal's children, Chris and Mary, continue to run Short Stop Food Marts, carrying on their father's legacy. Chris, who has been with the company for 35 years, is the President of the North Carolina Petroleum and Convenience Marketers Association and serves on its Board of Directors. Mary fills the role of Vice President. At Short Stop Food Marts, customers can find a wide range of food and drink options, including fuel for their vehicles. The company also offers special promotions, coupons, and career opportunities. With its commitment to quality and service, Short Stop Food Marts remains the go-to convenience store for the community it proudly serves.
