## Description

Shreveport Little Theatre (SLT) is a community theatre in Shreveport, Louisiana, dedicated to enriching lives through the performing arts. Its programming brings audiences and participants together through stage productions, educational opportunities, and community involvement. The theatre presents performances across its Mainstage, Lagniappe, and Academy seasons, with tickets available for purchase through its website. SLT’s Academy season supports theatre education, while its broader programs encourage students to communicate, collaborate, create, and celebrate their individual contributions to the community.

The organization also offers opportunities to audition and volunteer, with volunteer services guided by professional artists. For those interested in exploring scripts, the box office provides overnight script checkouts with a returnable deposit. Visitors can find show information, browse galleries, connect with the theatre’s team and supporters, and sign up for mailing and audition email notices. Located at 812 Margaret Place, SLT serves the Shreveport area as a venue for live theatre, learning, and creative participation. Its work combines performance with education and service to the community.
