## Description

Shutterfreek is a wedding and elopement photography and film brand founded by Paul and Katie McPherson. Working together since 2009, the married duo creates intentional visual stories for couples seeking connection, adventure, and a wedding experience that feels true to them. Based in the Four Corners region, they photograph and film celebrations across New Mexico, Arizona, Utah, and Colorado, traveling wherever a couple’s story takes them.

Their services include photography and cinematic film coverage for intimate elopements and full wedding celebrations. Shutterfreek emphasizes candid, meaningful moments and the character of each location, from iconic venues to the American Southwest’s rugged landscapes. The team also offers destination guidance, vendor recommendations, wedding and elopement packages, and a free planning guide with inspiration, tips, FAQs, and galleries.

Beyond client work, Shutterfreek shares advice and destination stories through its blog and offers photography presets, mentoring, and merchandise through its shop. Its approach favors authentic experiences and human connection over stiff posing, elaborate production, and templated traditions, helping couples preserve personal, memorable stories through photographs and film.
