Samtök iðnaðarins, also known as the Federation of Icelandic Industries, is the largest employers' organization in Iceland. Founded in 1993, they have nearly 1,400 member companies from diverse fields such as construction, manufacturing, food industry, power intensive industries, high-tech, and creative industries. With a board of directors consisting of 10 individuals from various sectors, Samtök iðnaðarins aims to promote and support the interests of Icelandic industries.
