## Description

The 6th Interdisciplinary Symposium on Environmental Science (6th SICAM) is an academic event focused on environmental science and interdisciplinary exchange. Organized by its organizing committee, the 2026 symposium is scheduled to take place in person on November 4, 5, and 6 at the Institute of Energy and Environment. SICAM brings together participants around research and discussion through a program structured around thematic groups. For its sixth edition, 11 groups have been defined within three thematic areas, providing a framework for submissions and event activities. The symposium’s website shares practical information, submission rules, the call for papers, details about the thematic groups, and registration access. It also presents information about the organizing team and previous editions. Submissions for the 2026 event opened on July 24 and are now closed, following an extension through October 11. The organizing committee indicated that results for submitted works were expected to be announced on October 23, and encourages participants to follow its communication channels for updates.
