Each character represents a role in keeping blood, oxygen and hope moving, and the team confronts forces associated with blockages, pain and disorder. Through action, imagination and stories, the brand aims to help children understand sickle cell disease, support families, and reflect the strength of young people living with the condition. The experience introduces the seven guardians—Hemora, OxySera, Vasara, Crisis Surge, Sol Blaze, Night Pulse and Crimson Shield—and presents their shared mission in an accessible, hopeful way. Sickle Cell SE7EN also provides educational materials and community outreach, with a store on its website. Its purpose includes supporting the vision for Sickle Suites Comfort Retreat, a peaceful place where people affected by sickle cell disease and their families can rest, recover and feel understood beyond the hospital room.
