## Description

Sierra Code Co. is a Reno, Nevada-based AI training, consulting, and workflow automation practice serving small businesses and engineering teams across Northern Nevada and remotely. Founded by software engineer Jason Belk, the business focuses on practical ways to make AI useful in everyday work, helping clients choose suitable tools, improve workflows, and build solutions that save time.

Its services include hands-on AI training for business owners and teams, consulting on AI strategy and tool selection, workflow audits, and custom builds or integrations. Sierra Code Co. also offers ongoing automation partnerships, combining monthly strategy sessions with iterative improvements and automation development. Engagements begin with a free 20-minute call, followed by a clearly scoped proposal and collaborative delivery.

The practice is selective about its projects and emphasizes honest advice, transparent pricing, and working software rather than presentations. Clients receive the code, documentation, and credentials for completed work. Sierra Code Co. also highlights Run Our Business, a separate productized service in development: an AI back-office assistant for contractors and service businesses, delivered through SMS or WhatsApp for bookkeeping, invoicing, expense tracking, and weekly financial summaries.
