## Description

Sifu Thorsten Elge provides WingTsun training in Hennigsdorf and Oranienburg, Germany, presenting the martial art as a practical approach to self-defense. The instruction focuses on an economical, energy-conscious system intended to help people defend themselves against physically stronger attackers. The site describes WingTsun as having been invented by women and emphasizes its potential to support people who may be at a physical disadvantage.

Alongside adult WingTsun classes, the academies offer Kids-WingTsun, combining self-assertion and self-defense for children. Sifu Thorsten Elge also provides EWTO violence-prevention courses for schools, training institutions, companies, kindergartens, and youth organizations. These programs address prevention among children and young people, while the site also highlights immediate support for victims.

Visitors can find information about training times, introductory trial sessions, the martial art’s history, tactile responses, and women’s self-defense. With academies serving two local communities and official membership in the EWTO, Sifu Thorsten Elge’s offerings center on martial arts instruction, personal safety, and violence prevention.
