## Description

SIGeRIS is a national scientific society focused on healthcare risk management and the improvement of patient safety and care quality. It promotes a systemic approach that recognizes risk as an organizational concern involving everyone across health and social care services, from clinical staff to administrators and suppliers. Its work aims to move beyond formal compliance and make risk governance a practical tool for safer, more effective, and person-centred services.
