## Description

Silicon Exchange is a platform focused on financing GPU infrastructure for artificial intelligence and making computing capacity available to businesses. Its GPU Vaults let contributors fund a share of planned GPU nodes, with any rental revenue shared among holders if the hardware is purchased and rented. Contributions are handled through vault contracts, with funds intended to be released in stages if a raise succeeds; if a raise misses its deadline, depositors can claim refunds. Returns are estimates, not guarantees, and depend on collected rent, operating costs, and resale value.

The current offering, Genesis B300 Vault, aims to fund a North American node with eight NVIDIA B300 GPUs, subject to the raise filling and a rental contract being agreed. Silicon Exchange also outlines planned clusters using NVIDIA Vera Rubin GPUs: a dedicated inference cluster intended for an AI startup and a spot-compute cluster for companies renting capacity on demand. These offerings are still in planning, and customers, contracts, configurations, and timelines may change.
