## Description

Silke Ena Svare Arbo is an autistic person with ADHD who shares knowledge about autism and ADHD through her website, silkeena.dk. Drawing on professional insight and personal experience, she created the platform she wished she had found after her autism assessment in 2016. Her resources are intended for neurodivergent people, their families and close connections, and professionals seeking to better understand neurodivergent lives.

Silke offers an online autism course, articles, recommended books and websites, and information about autism and ADHD. Her services and resources also include lectures, peer-mentor conversations, free advice, practical tools and strategies, self-help books, and guidance on autism and job searching. Visitors can learn about her background and diagnoses, read answers to common questions, and find details of upcoming talks and recommendations from attendees.

People who support her educational and advocacy work through 10’er can access her newsletter and an online toolkit featuring templates, posters, and psychoeducation materials. Her work aims to make information and practical support more accessible to neurodivergent people and those around them.
