## Description

Simon Martin Whips & Leathercraft is a Tasmanian maker and country retailer based in Spreyton. Founded by Simon Martin, the business combines traditional craftsmanship with a story of hard work and ambition. It creates leather goods and equestrian products, including Australian stockwhips, saddles, belts, pouches, handbags, horse tack, homewares and other accessories. Customers can also shop for leathercraft materials and tools, such as leather, hardware, dyes, finishes, patterns, project kits, threads and whipmaking supplies.

Alongside its own products, the store carries well-known country brands, including Akubra, RM Williams, Redback Boots and UGG Australia, as well as clothing, footwear, hats, knives and accessories from other labels. Visitors can explore the Spreyton store, learn about the makers’ work, and enquire about tours and classes. The team offers product advice and support, while the online shop provides shipping to Australia and selected international destinations. Custom-made leather goods are currently limited, though standard stockwhips and saddles remain available to order.
