## Description

Simon Scholars is a brand that offers opportunities for students facing adversity. Their goal is to provide whole person development for motivated students in high school and beyond. They offer a unique scholarship program that starts at the end of a student's sophomore year in high school and continues through college. This program is designed to help students facing difficult life and economic circumstances excel academically and socially, enabling them to successfully complete a 4-year college degree and pursue a meaningful career. Simon Scholars has received praise from its scholars, who credit the program with helping them find the perfect university, discover their paths, boost their self-esteem, and become positive role models in their communities. The foundation has also supported aspiring artists, students overcoming family challenges, and even helped an Emory student become a Rhodes Scholar. Headquartered in Newport Beach, CA, Simon Scholars is a program of the Simon Family Foundation. They can be contacted via telephone or email, and more information about their programs can be found on their website.
